ADOPT A TORTOISE

As an integrated nature conservation project, the reserve has established a programme to enable you to adopt a tortoise, either in person at the reserve or online. Adoptions enable us to continue to care for our animals and carry out conservation work for endangered species. They also make a wonderful gift! On adoption, you will receive a certificate and a photograph of your tortoise, as well as regular news about your adopted animal. Additional information about the tortoise is available on request. All adoptions are for a year but can be renewed on an annual basis.

You can either adopt a Giant Tortoise or a Radiata Tortoise.
